We are currently looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our dedicated team here at the Station House in Haslemere.

As Bar Manager you will become the full driving force of the beverage offering. Working closely with senior management you will be forward thinking and innovative in developing new menus whilst overseeing the training and implementation throughout the team. Consistency is crucial so excellent product knowledge across wines, spirits and beers is needed alongside health & safety and high hygiene standards.

Key duties include:

· Supporting the General and Deputy manager in the running of the business with strong front-line leadership

· Responsible for the bar and beverage offering, assisting with menu development, stock control, health and safety and training

· Customer service

· Excellent Interpersonal communication skills

· Passionate, hands on, motivational and a true leader

· WSET certificate Level 1 or 2 preferred but not essential

You will need to have at least 1 year experience working in hospitality/ bar management
